He joined the Firm in 2000 as a Paralegal assisting in the different areas of practice of the Firm, as well as in the Intellectual Property and Sanitary Registration departments. Graduated from the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua (UPOLI) and became an Associate of our Firm, as a Lawyer and Notary Public since 2013, Mr. Urbina Ortega holds a Master's Degree in Business Law with a focus on Taxation from the Center for Tax Studies. In 2020 he became Senior Associatge. Currently he acts as legal counsel for international and national companies and individuals, with experience in Corporate Law, Contractual Law, Real Property law, Administrative Law, Aeronautic Law and Civil and Commercial Law. Also he has experience on sanitary regulations and sanitary registrations of products for humans, as well as for pets. Master in Business Tax Law.<\/p>\n
